My plan was to wait until I had some good news to post before making another post. Well, I am still waiting, but figures I should give an update. I did have a girl flower, note the use of the past tense. Well the first girl flower never opened and ended up wilting and falling off the vine. Since then, I have had several more. They all suffered the same fate. grow a little flower, never open, wilt, and fall off.
So, like I no new good news. The only news I have is that the pants themselves are still alive. I have pretty much thrown in the towel on the outside plants producing a pumpkin, but the little mini pumpkins are still growing. They have been going for about 10 months. No girl flowers, but there is still a possibility...
