It looks like the miracle grow dirt has proven to be a little better for the pumpkins than the dirt that came with the mini pumpkin seeds. Marv was the only mini pumpkin started in a plastic bowl, so I was thinking he may have been a fluke in this whole pumpkin patch science experiment. It seems as though the mini pumpkins are leading the regular pumpkins 2 to 0 at this point.Marv has a new little friend that has broken ground in the peat pot next door. That peat pot was filled with miracle grow dirt as well. So far nothing from the other two mini pumpkins. And I cant really start cheering for Marv's next-door-neighbor at this point, because Marv ha taken off a bit in the past three days. When I see some action like that from everyone else, then we will know that there is a new pumpkin race in town. Next thing we need is a name for Marv's neighbor.
What about Ned? It is the epitome of neighbor names... neighborino!
ReplyDeleteWOW Marv is looking strong and healthy. He sure is green and it looks good on him. Better keep him warm during the cold spell comming up.
