The leaf ick appears to have reached the end of the plant. It also appears as though there is no new recent growth. Something makes me think that the pumpkins are actually done. It even looks like the last bit of new growth has contracted the ick. (I'm calling the whatever it is that has made the leaves turn brown and go away is the 'ick.' The 'nothing' was already taken...good movie though).Being that Halloween is this weekend, it looks like I may not make my pumpkin goal. I don't see me growing any by Sunday...Who knows though, the time machine I'm building in the basement may be done by then though...
I am sad for your guards. What new assignments will they apply for once the pumpkin patrol is over? Will there be photos of Ollie and Stew in a hot tub, relaxing before they begin a new tour of duty patrolong for, dare I say it, Pumpkin Patch 2- The Sequel? - BD
ReplyDeleteIt's a sad day in pumpkin land and I'm going to miss them. Hopefully there will be new adventures to follow. Maybe a Christmas tree.........oh a little late for that. The virtual pumpkins are amazing.
