9/19/10 And what do we have here...

2 has decided that it wants to control more than just the gas; now it has ambitions for the water as well. The humble 2 has firmly taken hold of the gas line with its runners already, but now it is creeping up to the water spigot as well.  I think it wants to get to the controls for the automatic watering system.  I am inclined to let it; I'm sure it has more of an idea about how much water it wants than I do.

Well that may not be entirely true...There has been what may be an interesting development.  I have been talking about and hoping for different kinds of flowers for a while now.  I have also been disappointed before a few times.  Now it seems as though 2 has grown a flower with either a tumor, or a flower that (fingers crossed) will grow into the first pumpkin.  Its true everyone, 2 seems to be growing the first pumpkin.  Maybe, just maybe, this has not all been for naught...Now we must hope for pollination.  Really though, it's probably just a tumor.
