Very little happened in the world of pumpkins today; you could almost say nothing happened. The pumpkins got a little water. 2 is still on it's way to the gas main (not there yet though). There were no new flowers today. That's pretty much it.
So, on that note, I'll take the opportunity to answer a question. 'How do you tell which flowers are girl flowers?' It's easy, the flowers come with tiny little labels. And when they open, they also have little stickers that say: "inspected by #4 (or some other number depending on who actually inspected it)." No, sorry, seriously though, girl flowers have balls. Literally...The female flowers are very close to the stem and have what may eventually grow into pumpkins (balls) right between them and the stem (go ahead, make a joke). My hope is that what is pictured here, right up over the top of Stew's left shoulder, is the start of some girl flowers.
