There are probably a lot of things that pumpkins can't do, but at this time I can't think of one relevant thing. OK, maybe they cant drive, but who cares, they're pumpkins. At one point in time people even thought pumpkins could cure snake bites and remove freckles. I imagine there were a lot of slightly orange-ish freckled dead people around that time as well.
The pumpkins themselves are doing very well. 2 has overtaken A in size, maybe 2 has more prime real estate; I couldn't say though-it looks like dirt to me. Every day they seem to add a new leaf or two. Here is what it would look like if you were small and standing really close.
Those things closer to the stems look like flowers buds? Are they just new leaves?
